Back in the day when I was like eleven or twelve, all my chums started to write squiggly lined, unreadable messy things on walls and in their school books and such, I was intrigued and checked out that really famous book that all graffiti people refer too as getting them into a life of criminal activity, ‘Subway Art’ and realized my adolescent comrades where ‘tagging’
The bloody tikes where destroying public property in order to shout to the world…..”I’m here, I exist” or maybe that they where all just wolly teenagers that wanted to follow the latest craze..
Anyways, Mr James Jessop of the Burning candy gang has made a short film about the wonders of tagging……I’m now off out to make up for all the years of criminal abstinence, check the streets for my tag M@ Small.

Geisha arts presents another super show in the mega city Brighton with the superdupa ‘top billing talent’ of Goldie alongside some other underling London artists going up against the mighty talents of Brightons hottest super star creatives…….
The show starts next thursday and promises to be a fun old set of awesomeness, get down there to see wa’s gwanin..thats London talk for ‘ what’s happening’…….I think
by the way….I am a london dweller, if it seems like I’m being biased towards shitty Brighton in this post…I’m not, I’m just being a silly billy, no reason why, I just feel like typing some crap before I go and put little Dante to bed. he’s a lovely fellow is he, he’s got really cool hair….I’m very jealous of it, I’m trying to make my hair look all groovy too, but people always comment on how lovely his hair is and never say nice things about my wicked styles….bastards……I’m thinking of chopping Dantes hair off whilst he’s a sleep tonight then I will have the greatest hair dooooooooo in the world, not him…………muuu hah ha hahah

Scientists have contributed to many of humanities darker moments but occasionally those clever guys come up with really wonderful gizmos.
The eye writer is a eye movement tracking device that allows people who suffer from physical paraylisis to create art just by moving their eyes
This short film follows graffiti writer Temptone who was struck down by a horrible disease called ALS which has left him with only movement in his eyes
With this invention he gets to create what’s going on in his head, which is wonderful.
The fact that us humans are capable of developing such amazing technology is testament to our potential to do beautiful things on this planet, unfortunately there’s always some lunatic that takes things intended for good and turns them into something twisted and evil. I’m sure nobodies going to turn this particular invention into anything sinister though………..

My young master Dante got to go to Elstree Studios the other day and get a life cast version of him done. It’s a fascinating process to watch, although ever so slightly chilly for sir Dante when the slodgey stuff went on. The cast isn’t finished just yet though, they do each segment separately, arms, torso, legs, head, then stick them all together so we will finish it off soon.
I’m really looking forward to seeing the results, sculpture and three dimensional art work in general is somewhere I want to take my work more often and it’s mucho inspiring to see all the stuff they get up to at the studios in Elstree where the lovely Tristan and his father John alongside their team of chummy guys and gals work on lots of blockbuster movies and such making decapitated heads and severed limbs etc etc……groovy stuff
